Your price is set at the first visit and written down before you agree. A plan is not insurance: it does not pay for damage, leaks or repairs. Cancel any time before your next October reminder and you are not charged again.

These are intervals, not prices. A roof past its middle years gets looked at more often, and the plan puts every interval on a calendar.
The reminder
Early in October, on the number or address you gave us. One message, with the day we propose.
Yes books the visit. A different week moves it. No message at all means we do nothing and you are not billed.
Photos and a written note within two business days of the visit. The next reminder is on the calendar.
The plan
No. It pays for visits, not for damage. Leaks and storm damage are repaired at a written price, and your homeowner’s policy is a separate matter between you and your insurer.
You get photos and a written price. Nothing is done until you say yes, except on the plan that includes an hour of small repairs.
