Repairs
A drip is not always the shingles
Most leaks start at a vent, a nail or a flashing edge. We find where the water comes in before anyone talks about replacing a roof.
We repair asphalt, cedar and metal roofs. If a repair costs more than it saves, we tell you, with photos, and leave the choice to you. The terms, limits and exclusions are in your written warranty.

When you need it
Signs the roof wants attention
Stains on a ceiling or attic wood
Brown rings and damp insulation mean water has been coming in for a while.
Lifted or missing shingles
After wind, check the lawn and the gutters for pieces.
Moss in rows
Moss lifts shingle edges. A little is cosmetic, a lot lets water in.
Gutters that overflow
Water running over the edge soaks fascia and can find its way under shingles.
Granules in the downspout
Sand-like grit means the shingle surface is wearing. We measure how much is left.
Daylight in the attic
A pinprick of light is a hole, and water finds it before you do.
How a repair runs
From the first call to the photo
- 01
Step 1: You call or text a photo
Tell us where the stain is. If water is coming in now, say so.
- 02
Step 2: We find the source
We go up when it is safe, check the attic and trace the water uphill from the stain.
- 03
Step 3: You get a written price
One page: what is wrong, what we will do, what it costs and what it does not include.
- 04
Step 4: We fix it
Most repairs take half a day. We cover what is open, and we take away what we remove.
- 05
Step 5: You get photos
A photo of the finished repair, and a note on what to watch.
Questions
About repairs
What if it rains during the repair?
We repair what we can keep dry and cover what is open. If the weather turns, we make it watertight and come back in the next dry window.
Will you check my attic?
Yes. A real inspection includes the underside of the deck, insulation, moisture and airflow.
What does a repair cost?
It depends on what is wrong, how steep the roof is and how we reach it. The estimate page lists what moves the price.
A leak or a stain?
Call (360) 555-0100 or text a photo. We call back the same business day.
