What we do for a roof under trees
Six jobs, in the order most roofs need them. Each repair is priced in writing first.

The yearly look
We look at the roof from the yard, the ladder and the attic. You get photos, a written note and a short list of what can wait and what cannot.
Ladder or drone, whichever is safe
Attic check for damp insulation and daylight
A note in plain words, with photos

Moss cleaning and treatment
Gentle brushing, then a treatment that slows regrowth. We never pressure wash, and we name the product before we use it.
Spring or fall, when moss is soft
Data sheet in your note
The no-moss warranty, in writing

Gutters and downspouts
On a tree lot the gutters fill twice a year. We clear them by hand, flush the downspouts and photograph the worst elbow.
Twice a year on the plan
Flushed until the water runs clear
Fixes for loose hangers and sagging runs

Flashing, sealant and fasteners
The places a roof leaks are rarely the shingles. We check flashing, vents, chimneys and fasteners and reseal what is failing.
Vent pipes and chimney edges
Exposed nails and screws
Skylight curbs

Zinc strips
A metal strip tucked under the ridge shingles releases a little zinc with each rain. It slows moss without a ladder visit.
Installed at a treatment
Checked at each treatment
Not used on metal roofs

Small repairs
Lifted shingles, cracked boots, loose ridge caps and drips. You get a written price before we start, and a photo when we finish.
Priced in writing first
Photos of the finished repair
12-month workmanship warranty
The terms, limits and exclusions of each warranty are in your written warranty.
Good to know
Before you pick a service
Which service do I start with?
The yearly look. It tells us what your roof needs, and most visits end there with nothing to repair.
Do you do new roofs?
Yes, when the roof is past care. We say so with photos, and the page on new roofs shows how we work.
Can I book moss cleaning without the plan?
Yes. A single visit has the same warranty terms. The plan puts the visits on a calendar and sends the reminder.
Not sure which one you need?
Book a roof look. We will tell you what the roof needs, and what it does not.
